Gino has been a licensed Realtor since 2003, a Real Estate Broker since 2006, and a long-time serving volunteer with the Realtors Association of Hamilton & Burlington. He has sat on both the MLS Committee and Professional Standards Committee and is currently Chair of the latter.
Gino acquired his C.E.T (Certified Electronic Technician) designation in 1986 and proudly maintains that designation to this day.
Following simple advice he received a long time ago from a mentor and colleague, “Remember Who You Work For”, has helped Gino maintain a high level of Ethics, Courteousness and Professionalism with his clients.
When he isn’t conducting real estate transactions, Gino can be found woodworking, completing home renovations, or playing ice hockey.

From the young age of 20, Natalie has worked alongside some of Hamilton's and surrounding area’s top agents in the form of office administration and personal assistant. Her journey has brought her to Royal LePage State as a Sales Representative and back home to the CC Sells Team, where she originated the role of Client Care Coordinator.
Real estate is not a “job” for Natalie, it’s a way of life. Professionally, Natalie is always improving her skills and constantly educating herself, and staying informed on the real estate market. Educated in marketing and public relations, along with her real estate training, this is where she truly shines.
Natalie grew up in Hamilton as well as the Niagara region which has given her a wide range of skills and familiarity with a variety of areas, specializing in the Hamilton, Ancaster, Dundas, and surrounding areas. She now resides in Mississauga with her young son and mortgage broker fiancé.
Natalie is a firm believer that the best gift you can ever give your children is your time. This is also translated to her real estate career – THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOUR CLIENTS IS YOUR TIME! A very time-oriented and dedicated person, she has managed to find a balance between both career and family.
Rob Wong has joined the CC Sells Team after a rewarding career in public education, where he excelled as a classroom teacher, board consultant, and school administrator. His years of experience in helping people achieve their goals translate seamlessly into providing top-notch service to his clients. Known for his caring and meticulous approach, Rob leverages his strong analytical skills to navigate today's fluctuating market, ensuring his clients make informed decisions.
Having lived in the Hamilton area for over three decades, Rob has witnessed and experienced the local changes firsthand. He raised his family in the west Hamilton area, where both of his kids have participated actively in sports and the arts, deepening his connection to the community. Rob’s personal interests include tennis, cycling, photography, and traveling, all of which contribute to his well-rounded perspective on life and work.
Rob proudly serves the Greater Hamilton area and extends his expertise to the London, Ontario area, where he originally hails from. Rob's clients benefit from the deep and varied experience and first-rate resources provided by the CC Sells Team, and he looks forward to helping clients find their perfect home.
Margherita started in real estate as a Receptionist for Royal LePage State where she acted as a liaison between the Brokerage, Realtors, and clients. She also dabbled behind the scenes as the backup Deal Administrator and unofficial basic tech support around the office. It was an honour for her to bring everything she learned in the brokerage setting, along with twenty years of customer service experience, to her role as Client Care Coordinator for the CC Sells Team.
